Ingredients
- 150 g sugar
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 4 cloves
- 2 split vanilla beans
- 1 star anise
- 1 handful edible organic rose petals
- Mineral water to top up (still or sparkling)
Instructions

Slowly bring the sugar with 300 ml water to a boil while stirring and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the spices and rose petals and let steep for about 2 hours.

Transfer the syrup into bottles and fill with mineral water. Serve well chilled.
