Coriander Chili Sauce

Simply delicious! The coriander chili sauce is a great companion for grilled meat and vegetables or crackers.
Ingredients
- 4 red chilies
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 50 ml mild white wine vinegar
- 50 g honey
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 0.5 bunch coriander
Instructions

Wash, trim and finely chop the chilies. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Bring the chili and garlic with the vinegar, honey and about 200 ml water to a boil, then simmer gently for about 40 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Finish by seasoning with lemon juice. Wash the coriander, shake dry, pluck the leaves, finely chop and fold into the sauce. Serve in small bowls.
