Ingredients

  • 1 kg sour cherries
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 400 ml red wine

Instructions

    Wash and pit the cherries. Peel the lemon zest, then combine with sugar, cinnamon stick, and red wine in a pot and bring to a boil.
