Ingredients
- 4 organic oranges
- 40 ml Grand Marnier
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- mint (for garnish)
- lemon zest
- Orange zest (for garnish)
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 pinch ground saffron
- powdered sugar (optional)

Peel each citrus fruit thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing all white membranes. Slice the oranges into very thin rounds and catch the released juice. In a bowl mix fruit juice with Grand Marnier and honey, add the orange slices, gently fold in, and let sit for about 1 hour.

Beat cream until stiff. Whisk crème fraîche with saffron and powdered sugar, then fold in the whipped cream.

Serve in small bowls, sprinkle with pistachios and garnish with mint. Add a dollop of saffron cream on top, dust with zest, and serve.
