  • 600 g white and blue grapes
  • 8 Tbsp sugar

    Wash the grapes and remove stems, then thread alternating white and blue grapes onto 8 skewers.

    Melt the sugar in a wide pan over low heat until it caramelizes. Turn the skewers in the caramel from all sides, lift them out, and let them dry. Serve immediately.
