Ingredients
- 1 bundle parsley
- 1 bundle chives
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 carrots
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Celery Root
- 1 piece fresh horseradish (about 3 cm)
- 250 g salt
Instructions

Wash the herbs and shake them dry. Slice the chives into rolls. Tear off the leaves from the stems of the parsley and chop. Peel the garlic and finely mince it. Trim, wash, and finely cut the spring onions.

Peel the carrots and celery root and dice them very small. Grate the horseradish. Mix all ingredients except the salt in a bowl. Layer the salt and the remaining mixture, for example in test tubes, layer by layer. Store refrigerated.
