Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stalk Parsley
  • 1 stalk basil
  • 4 slices toast bread
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions

    Cook the eggs in boiling water for 6-8 minutes to achieve a soft-boiled consistency. In the meantime, wash the herbs, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
