- 1 stalk Parsley
- 1 stalk basil
- 4 slices toast bread
- 3 Tbsp melted butter

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 6-8 minutes to achieve a soft-boiled consistency. In the meantime, wash the herbs, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
