Ingredients

  • 100 g wheat groats (other grains optional)
  • 6 figs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200 g yogurt
  • spritz of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

Instructions

    Stir wheat groats with 300 ml water and let soak for about 12 hours.

    Quarter the figs.

    Whisk together maple syrup, yogurt, and lemon juice; fold into the soaked wheat groats. Add figs and transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
