Soccer Burger

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 sesame seed buns
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 40 g salad cream (4 tsp)
- 40 g cheddar cheese (4 small slices)
Instructions

Mix the ground beef with egg, salt and pepper into a dough and shape it into 4 round patties.

Cut the buns horizontally in half and toast them. With a brush, paint six pentagons on each bun top using mustard. Sprinkle black sesame seeds over them and press lightly.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the burgers for 3–4 minutes per side.

Meanwhile wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stems, and slice them.

Place one lettuce leaf on each bottom bun half. Add 1 tbsp ketchup on top and place a patty. Cover with 1 tsp salad cream, tomato slices and one cheese slice. Put the bun tops on and serve the Soccer Burger immediately.
