Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of mixed salad greens (e.g., Lollo Rosso and Lollo Biondo)
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 480 g sea bass fillet (or redfish)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Herb salt
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 buns
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill

Wash, rinse, and dry the salad; tear into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes, trim stems, and slice them. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings.

Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with herb salt and chili flakes, then brush with olive oil. Grill each side for 2–3 minutes.
