Chicken Breast Burger

Burger with chicken breast from Spoonsparrow: Here comes a juicy 42 grams of protein onto the plate!

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 whole-grain sesame bun (with seeds)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 tsp chili sauce

Instructions

    Wash the tomato and slice it. Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken breast for about 8 minutes.

    Split the burger buns and toast them in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool briefly.

    Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun. Layer lettuce, chicken breast, tomato slices, and another lettuce leaf on top, finish with chili sauce. Place the upper half of the bun on top and serve the chicken burger.
