Nutrient-rich and aromatic, the smoothie with fruit and vegetables from Spoonsparrow is perfect as a healthy snack in between.

Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 200 g red grapes
  • 50 g dried Goji berries
  • 250 ml beetroot juice
  • 1 handful sprouts (e.g., radish)
  • 3 raspberry leaves
  • brown sugar to taste

Instructions

    Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces. Rinse the raspberries.

    Press the pomegranate all around, halve it and gently tap out the seeds. Wash the grapes and add them with the berries, pomegranate seeds, and goji berries to a blender.
