Ingredients

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 400 g sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice)

Instructions

    Wash, clean, and cut the strawberries into pieces. Combine them with sugar and 400 ml water in a pot and bring to a boil.

    Stir regularly and simmer for about 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then strain through a fine‑tipped cloth or sieve.

    Squeeze out as much liquid as possible and return the syrup to the pot. Add lemon juice and reheat until hot.

    Fill prepared bottles, seal tightly, and allow to cool before storing.
