Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 pieces brown cube sugar
  • 100 ml sake
  • 125 ml hot jasmine tea (freshly brewed)

    Wash the lemon and rub it with the cube sugar over the rind. Warm the rice wine gently in a saucepan, add the sugar, and stir until dissolved.

    Pour the sake into a preheated heat‑proof glass and top with the hot jasmine tea. Optionally place 3–4 thin lime slices in the glass.
