Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 300 g sour cream
- 2 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- Salt
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 0.5 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- pepper (ground)
- 4 smoked trout fillets
- parsley (for garnish)

Peel the apple, remove the core and finely grate it. Mix with sour cream and horseradish, season the dip with salt.

Wash the orange hot, dry it and grate a little zest. Squeeze out the juice and whisk it with the zest, both oils, mustard, honey, and 2-3 tbsp warm water. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the trout fillets into small pieces and drizzle them with the vinaigrette. Spoon some dip over each piece, garnish with parsley, and serve.
