- 20 g watercress
- 20 g dill
- 400 g plain cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (jarred)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 400 g smoked salmon

Rinse the watercress and dill, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix with the cream cheese, heavy cream, and horseradish until smooth; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Lay the smoked salmon slices slightly overlapping on a bamboo mat lined with plastic wrap, spread some of the cream cheese mixture over them, and roll using the mat. Press firmly together, cut into 3 cm wide pieces, and arrange on plates. Garnish with lemon wedges and watercress if desired before serving.
