Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 4 whole grain rolls
- 8 slices smoked salmon (ca. 150 g)
- 8 tbsp light cream
- freshly ground lemon pepper
Instructions

Wash the lemon and cut it into wedges.

Halve the rolls horizontally and toast them until golden brown.
