Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 4 whole grain rolls
  • 8 slices smoked salmon (ca. 150 g)
  • 8 tbsp light cream
  • freshly ground lemon pepper

Instructions

    Wash the lemon and cut it into wedges.

    Halve the rolls horizontally and toast them until golden brown.

    Spread the smoked salmon on the toasted rolls and place one tablespoon of light cream on each slice.
