Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 100 ml almond drink (almond milk) or other plant-based drink
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 ripe Mango
- 4 tbsp granola
- 1 cup Exquisa ZERO Quark-Yogurt-Cream Mango
- 2 mint leaves for garnish

Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and, if desired, the maple syrup. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb liquid, then stir and refrigerate for another 30 minutes until a pudding forms.

Peel the mango, cube the flesh, and blend in a blender or using an immersion blender into a fine puree.

Layer the breakfast in a glass: start with 2 tbsp granola at the bottom of each glass. Spread a layer of Exquisa ZERO Quark-Yogurt-Cream Mango evenly on top. Spoon the chia pudding over the yogurt cream. Finally, pour the mango puree as a topping.
