Ingredients
- 250 g smoked salmon
- 250 g sour cream
- 30 g beluga caviar
- salt (pepper)
- vegetable oil
- 4 dill sprigs

Cut the smoked salmon into coarse pieces and blend with crème fraîche in a mixer, seasoning with salt and pepper. Oil four small molds and spread half of the mixture into each.

Press a shallow indentation into the center of the filling and add a spoonful of caviar to each. Cover with the remaining mixture, smooth the surface, and cover the molds.

Let the filling set in the refrigerator. Before serving briefly dip the molds in hot water and transfer them onto plates. Garnish each with a sprig of dill.
