Ingredients
- 1 small Camembert
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 150 g smoked salmon (slices)
- Basil
- pickled beetroot strips
- dill sprigs
- 4 slices whole grain bread

Remove the crust from the bread and cut into bite‑size triangles.

Cut the salmon slices into approximately 4 cm wide strips.

Slice the Camembert into small pieces and roll each with a strip of pickled beetroot and a dill sprig inside a salmon strip.

Place one basil leaf on each bread triangle, top with a salmon roll, and arrange all on a plate.
