The Radish Mint Salad from Spoonsparrow is ready in a flash and works as a side dish just as well for picnics or as a light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 5 bunches radishes
  • 2 handfuls mint
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • Salt
  • chili powder

Instructions

    Wash and trim the radishes, then slice them thinly. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and cut into strips.

    In a bowl whisk together lemon juice and honey. Add the oil with the vanilla powder and toss in the radishes and mint.

    Sprinkle salt and chili powder over the salad and mix well.
