Ingredients
- 350 g smoked mackerel fillet (skinless)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- 2 tsp horseradish (jar)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- oat biscuits (optional)
- chive rolls
Instructions

Break the fish into flakes and finely mash it in a bowl with a fork. Drain the capers well and chop them. Wash the lemon hot and grate some zest. Mix the lemon, capers, horseradish and crème fraîche into the fish. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve on crackers sprinkled with chives as desired.
