Ingredients
- 3 slices Pumpernickel bread
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 150 g smoked trout
- 3 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
Instructions

Cut small circles (about 4 cm) from the bread using a round cutter. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, crème fraîche and horseradish; season with salt and pepper.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with the mixture and pipe onto the Pumpernickel rounds. Divide the smoked trout into coarse pieces and place one on each round. Sprinkle with freshly grated horseradish before serving.
