- 150 g Sour cream
- 100 g firm sour cream
- 100 g whole milk yogurt
- 1 tsp mild Dijon mustard
- Salt
- pepper freshly ground
- 1 bundle of fresh mixed herbs (e.g., parsley, dill, arugula, lemon balm, chives)
- 4 double matjes fillets
Instructions

Whisk sour cream, firm sour cream, yogurt and mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and optionally pluck leaves from stems. Finely chop herbs and fold into the sour cream mixture.

Arrange two matjes fillets on each plate topped with a spoonful of herb yogurt sour cream. Serve with hearty whole‑grain bread.
