Try Small Plum Galettes with Walnuts for the Thermomix® by Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour (and a little more for the work surface)
  • 150 g Whole wheat flour
  • 80 g sugar (4 Tbsp)
  • 180 g yogurt butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g walnut kernels
  • 800 g plums

Instructions

    Weigh walnuts into the mixing bowl and chop on speed 4 for 2 seconds. Set aside. Add flours, sugar, and butter to the bowl, then add salt and egg; knead on dough setting until a smooth dough forms. Shape into a ball, wrap in cling film, and chill for 1 hour.

    Meanwhile wash plums, halve them, and pit. Line four oven‑proof ramekins (15 cm diameter) with parchment paper.

    Divide the dough into quarters. On a floured surface roll each piece into circles of 15 cm diameter. Distribute plums in the center of each circle, leaving about a 3 cm border.

    Sprinkle walnuts over the fruit. Fold the edges over the plums. Place the galettes in the ramekins. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Split and serve warm or cooled.
