Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 100 g raisins
  • 40 g whole almonds
  • 200 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g coconut sugar
  • 300 g whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 0.25 tsp cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp ground ginger
  • butter (for the glasses)
  • whole wheat breadcrumbs (for the glasses)

Instructions

    Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C (fan 180 °C; gas: Sufe 3) for about 30 minutes. Immediately seal with lid and let cool.
