Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g Low-Fat Quark
  • 120 g neutral vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • soft butter (for the pan)
  • 10 g ground almonds
  • 320 g plums
  • 40 g soft butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat.

    For the base, mix 100 g flour with quark, oil, baking powder, and 3 tbsp sugar into crumbs. Spread in the greased pan, shape the bottom and rim, and sprinkle with nuts.

    Wash, halve, pit the plums, and place them cut-side up on the dough. Mix the remaining flour with the rest of the sugar and butter into crumbs. Evenly scatter over the plums and bake in the oven on a middle rack for about 40 minutes until golden yellow.
