Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg small early potatoes
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 bundle thyme
  • Sea salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • thyme blossoms

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and parboil them in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Wash the thyme, shake off excess moisture, pluck the leaves and finely chop.

    Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes with the thyme until golden brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with thyme blossoms.
