Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 150 g king oyster mushrooms
- 100 g porcini mushrooms
- 2 sprigs dried thyme
- 4 Stalks Parsley
- 1 tbsp oil
- 125 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Clean the mushrooms, pat them dry, and slice into thin pieces. Wash the thyme and parsley, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves, and finely chop.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Add the shallots and garlic and cook briefly, then stir in the crème fraîche and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add the chopped thyme and parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.
