Ingredients
- 400 g puff pastry
- 4 bell peppers (red, orange, yellow and green)
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- Sea salt
- thyme (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut flower shapes about 10 cm in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.

Wash, halve, core and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and slice the onion into thin rings. Mix together and distribute over the dough flowers, leaving a small border.

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Bake the paprika pufflets in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm garnished with thyme.
