Ingredients
- 1 small bowl of physalis
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 50 g ground almonds
- 80 g sugar
- Butter (for greasing the molds)

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Remove the petals from the physalis, rinse and pat dry with paper towels.

Whisk together the cream, eggs, almonds and 50 g of sugar; let it sit for about 20 minutes to thicken.

Butter four small oven‑proof ramekins (about 10 cm) and fill them with the almond custard. Distribute the physalis over the top, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
