Small Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 120 g flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 bananas
  • 40 ml plant oil

Instructions

    Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.

    Whisk in the milk until a thick batter forms.

    Beat the egg separately.

  4. 4.

    Peel two bananas and mash them; slice the third banana into rounds.

  5. 5.

    Add the mashed bananas and beaten egg to the batter and stir thoroughly.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1–2 tbsp of batter for each pancake, top with 1–2 banana slices, and cook about 2 minutes before flipping and cooking the other side until golden.

    Serve immediately while warm.
