  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 radishes
  • 50 g soy sprouts
  • Chives
  • 4 leaves Lollo Verde
  • 8 leaves dandelion
  • Salt

Instructions

    Remove the stems from the radishes, wash them and slice into rounds. Wash the salad and sprouts.
