Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 ml dry red wine
- 100 ml beef broth
- 350 ml passata
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 400 g spaghetti
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan

Peel and finely dice the carrot and celery. Peel and chop the onion. Heat oil, sauté onions and pressed garlic, add vegetables and cook briefly. Add ground meat, stir until crumbly under high heat. Season with salt and pepper, stir in tomato paste, wine, broth and passata; simmer for about 45 minutes and taste again.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water al dente, drain, let rest, and serve on plates. Spoon sauce over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
