Ingredients
- 3 stalks chicory
- 1 orange
- green bell pepper strips
- red bell pepper strips
- cress
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- zest of ½ untreated orange
- sugar
- Salt
- celery salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 6 tbsp oil
Instructions

Wash, trim the chicory and remove the bitter wedge. Peel and segment the orange.

Wash the peppers, deseed, cut into very fine strips. Rinse the cress and drain.
