Ingredients

  • 1 kg large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 limes (juice)
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives sprigs
  • 2 tbsp pink peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp oat bran

Instructions

    Peel, devein, rinse, pat dry the shrimp and slice finely with a sharp knife. Whisk olive oil with vanilla extract and brush onto four plates. Arrange shrimp slices on the plates. Drizzle evenly with lime juice. Peel and finely chop ginger; sprinkle over the shrimp. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to marinate.

    Remove from refrigerator before serving, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives, pink peppercorns, and oat bran, then serve.
