  • olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the fish and pat dry, brush with olive oil, drizzle lemon juice inside, season with salt and pepper, then place on the grill rack.
