- 500 g zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Lime
- 200 g frozen shrimp
- salt, pepper

Rinse and cut zucchini into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Clean, rinse, and finely chop the chili pepper. Peel the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Sauté zucchini and onion for about 4 minutes.

Halve the lime, squeeze one half, and slice the other into wedges. Add chili, shrimp, and lime wedges; cook another 1-2 minutes. Squeeze garlic into the pan. Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
