Grape Mascarpone Layered Dessert
A fresh dessert featuring grapes and mascarpone from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 1 unprocessed lime
- 200 ml whipping cream (at least 30% fat)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g light seedless grapes
- 1 chocolate biscuit (ready-made)
- 100 ml light grape juice
- 2 dark chocolate squares

Wash the lime, grate thin zest from the peel and squeeze out the juice. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the mascarpone with the lime juice until smooth, fold in the whipped cream, set aside. Rinse the grapes, pluck them from their stems and let them drain.

Tear the biscuit into large pieces. Spoon one‑third of the mascarpone mixture into each of four glasses, place three grapes in the center, top with a bit of biscuit and drizzle with grape juice. Spread another third of the cream over this layer, add 3–4 grapes to the middle, then more biscuit and another drizzle of juice. Repeat with the remaining cream, garnish with lemon zest and broken chocolate squares, chill well before serving.
