Shrimp with Asian Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 30 g ginger (1 piece)
- 0.5 lime
- 2 stalks coriander
- 600 g shrimp (12 shrimp; ready-to-cook; with tail)
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 80 ml chicken broth
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
Instructions

Clean and wash spring onions, cut into strips. Peel and finely chop shallot, garlic, and ginger. Squeeze lime juice. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves.

Rinse shrimp under cold water and drain. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry shrimp over high heat for 1 minute. Remove and set aside.

Add shallot, garlic, and ginger to the wok and sauté until translucent. Deglaze with lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth; simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Melt butter in a pan. Sauté spring onions over medium heat for 1 minute.

Return shrimp to the wok, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Plate shrimp with sauce and spring onions on four bowls and garnish with coriander.
