Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (green and yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 400 g ground beef (mixed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml meat broth
  • 400 g fusilli
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, trim and dice. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the celery, trim and cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, quarter, seed and also dice.

    Brown the ground beef in hot oil until crumbly. Add the onion, garlic, pepper and celery and sauté briefly. Add the tomatoes and broth and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in salted water al dente.

    Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Toss the drained pasta and divide onto bowls.

    Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
