Ingredients
- 12 large shrimp (pre‑shucked and deveined)
- 1 tbsp seasoning sumac
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Egg white
- 3 tbsp bread flour
- lime wedge for garnish

Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Mix the sumac with the olive oil and coat the shrimp in this mixture. Lightly beat the egg white.

Thread the shrimp onto wooden skewers, dip them in the beaten egg white, then roll in the bread flour. Grill over high heat, turning occasionally, for 2–3 minutes until cooked through. Serve as an appetizer with lime wedges if desired.
