Ingredients

  • 600 g beef (e.g., sirloin)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 bell peppers (orange, yellow and green)
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • Salt

Instructions

    Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite‑sized cubes. In a bowl combine with soy sauce, ginger powder, and olive oil; season with pepper and cover for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into chunks. Wash the tomatoes. Peel the onions and roughly cube them.

    Thread the meat alternately with the vegetables onto 8–12 wooden skewers, season with salt, and grill over high heat, turning regularly for 8–10 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot.
