Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed seafood ready-to-cook (e.g., shrimp, salmon, swordfish, scallops)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the seafood and cube larger pieces.

    Wash the peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash the zucchini, trim it, and slice into rounds.

    Cut the lemons into wedges.

    Soak wooden skewers briefly in water, then thread alternating seafood, peppers, zucchini, and lemon wedges (reserve 2 wedges). Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill on a preheated grill, turning several times for about 10 minutes. Serve the colorful skewers drizzled with fresh lemon juice over a mixed salad as desired.
