Grilled Turkey and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 Zucchini
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp Curry powder
Instructions

Cut the meat into about 3x3 cm cubes.

Wash the zucchini, halve them lengthwise and cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick.

Thread the meat, zucchini, and tomatoes alternately onto skewers.

Whisk garlic, oil, curry, salt, and pepper together and brush the skewers with it. Either cook in a pan or grill all sides for a total of about 5 minutes until the meat and vegetables are cooked through and golden brown. Serve the grilled turkey and vegetable skewers hot.
