Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes
- 200 g cooked ham
- 120 g feta
- 6 Eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- Salt
- pepper (coarsely ground)
- 2 tbsp butter
- basil (for garnish as desired)

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove seeds and chop finely. Cut the ham into small cubes. Break the feta into pieces. Whisk the eggs with the milk, seasoning with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a wide pan over low to medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it set for 1–2 minutes. Then stir from outside to inside or scrape with a spoon. Add the ham cubes and feta.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes while stirring until the eggs are set but not dry. Add the tomatoes and warm briefly. Plate the scrambled eggs and garnish with basil as desired.
