Ingredients

  • 250 g shrimp
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 100 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices sandwich bread

Instructions

    Cut the shrimp into small pieces.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes, remove seeds, then dice them.

    Wash the basil, cut the leaves into strips. Mix mascarpone with mayonnaise. Stir in shrimp, tomatoes, and basil; season with salt and pepper.

    Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Place one leaf on each of four bread slices, top with the shrimp mixture, spread it evenly, add the remaining bread slices, press lightly, and cut diagonally.
