Shrimp Salad
This shrimp salad is packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 limes
- 1 Mango
- 0.25 Galia melon
- 300 g shrimp (in lake, drained weight)
- 2 red pepper flakes
- 1.5 red bell peppers
- 0.5 bunch basil (10 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 ml)
Instructions

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel, slice into rounds and dice the flesh.

Wash the limes under hot water and dry them. Squeeze one lime for juice and mix with the avocado cubes. Slice the other lime thinly.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh into slices from the seed and dice it. Cut the melon into quarters, deseed, peel and dice as well. Add everything with the shrimp to a bowl and mix.

Wash the pepper flakes, dry them and slice into fine rings. Wash the bell peppers, dry them, halve, deseed, remove white membranes and cube. Add the pepper rings and bell pepper cubes to the salad and stir.

Wash the basil, shake off excess water and finely chop it. Season the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper. Garnish the shrimp salad with basil and enjoy.
