- 1 cantaloupe melon
- 16 slices of air‑dried Parma ham

Wash the melon, cut it in half and scrape out the seeds with a tablespoon. Divide the melon into 16 wedges. For each wedge, use a sharp knife to carefully peel a thin strip of rind from one end to 2–3 cm before the other end, leaving most of the flesh intact.

Gently fold the rind back slightly and wrap one slice of ham around each melon wedge. Arrange the melon with ham on a plate and serve.
