Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g raw shrimp, peeled
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 ml passata tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 500 g farfalle pasta
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Rinse and slice the zucchini into strips. Peel the garlic and finely dice one clove. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.

    Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze the remaining garlic through a press into the pan. Remove the shrimp and set aside warm.

    Add zucchini, onion, and diced garlic to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Season with ketchup, salt, and pepper. Return the shrimp to the sauce and heat through.
